  • Country Director: The Country Director oversees all national operations and initiatives in Liberia, serving as the principal representative of CAN and coordinating with our international teams.

  • National Program Director: This director ensures that CAN’s educational and community programs are implemented effectively across the country and tailored to meet the needs of Liberia’s communities.

  • National Finance Officer: The Finance officer manages all financial aspects, from budgeting and financial planning to reporting, ensuring accountability and transparency in all CAN’s financial operations.

  • National Education Director: The Education Director leads the development and implementation of CAN’s educational programs, aligning them with our mission and Liberia’s educational standards.

  • National Business Manager: Overseeing the business functions, the Business Manager focuses on economic sustainability, including revenue-generating activities that support CAN’s long-term mission.

  • Education Technology Director: This director ensures that CAN’s schools access the latest educational technology resources and training, equipping students and staff with vital digital skills for the modern world.

  • Partner Construction Engineer/Firm: This position coordinates with CAN’s facilities team to oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of CAN school campuses and related facilities, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

  • National Spiritual Director: Providing spiritual guidance and support, the Spiritual Director integrates faith-based values within CAN’s programs and supports the spiritual growth of staff and students.

  • Partner Accounting Firm and Legal Firm: Our trusted partner accounting and legal firms provide CAN with expert financial auditing, compliance, and legal services, ensuring we operate with integrity and within national laws.

School-Level Leadership: School Board and Administrators

At the community level, each CAN school is governed by a School Board and managed by a team of School Administrators. The School Board, in partnership with the School Administrators, is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of each school, ensuring a high standard of education and operational efficiency. These leaders closely consult with CAN’s National Top Management Team to implement CAN’s programs, vision, and values at the local level, fostering an environment of academic excellence, compassion, and servant leadership.
