Who We Are
Change Agent Network (CAN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to transforming Liberia through education, faith, and economic empowerment. Operating in Liberia as Opportunity Network Liberia, Inc. (ONL), a registered and accredited non-governmental, non-political entity, CAN is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and fostering sustainable development in underserved communities. We are the parent organization of Opportunity Network Liberia (ONL).

Our daily, low-cost school fees payment plan creates a transparent system in which parents can pay with cash or barter goods.
So parents are invested in the education of their children.

From the ravages of civil war, to refugee camps, to meeting Jesus, to coming to America, then back to Liberia to live out his life purpose.
